The new compact RW45 Drive delivers powerful, quiet, maintenance‑free performance, creating ideal climates across a wide range of agricultural and industrial applications. Engineered for versatility, this precision winching solution can operate multiple inlets, tunnel doors, curtains, nest closures, and pop‑hole doors with dependable accuracy. The RW45 comes equipped with a simple-to-set patented limit switch, further maximizing the price-to-performance ratio.
The RW45 includes a mounting bracket and a single- or double-strap hub, making installation flexible and easy. With 120V/240V, 50/60Hz compatibility, it efficiently supports up to 1250 lbs. on cable or up to two straps, providing simple integration into new or existing installations.
At its core is the proven RW45L motor‑gearbox equipped with a belt drum or cable drum—compact, quiet, and built for long service life. The IP55‑rated housing and integrated sealed limit-switch system protect the drive unit in ambient temperatures from 0 to 60 °C. A self‑braking worm‑gear transmission locks the output shaft securely when stopped, while carefully matched pinion and worm reductions ensure exceptionally low noise during operation.
The patented RSU/RLS‑RW linear limit‑switch assembly with duty and safety switches provides a maximum range of up to 55 revolutions of the drive shaft. This integrated technology provides accurate positioning, enhanced safety, and lasting, consistent performance across various controlled ventilation, screen, and hoisting systems.
