Beesley International is proud to announce the launch of the Reach Series High-Velocity RP24 Fan, a game-changing solution for the U.S. broiler industry that addresses both air circulation and litter moisture reduction.

Traditionally, stir fans (18”-24”) with CFM ratings below 3,000 have been employed to reduce heating costs and eliminate “hot spots” by stirring the air. However, research by Weaver and Meijerhof (1991) and Eriksson de Rezende et al. (2001) has shown that these fans, which produce air movement at floor levels below 30-50 ft/min, fail to address one critical factor: litter moisture.

The Reach Series RP24 Fan transforms this narrative by delivering more than 5,600 CFM per fan, significantly increasing floor-level airspeeds to approximately 150 ft/min. Eriksson de Rezende et al. (2001) validated this, stating that this enhanced air movement helps reduce litter moisture.
