The Ridder RW45L is a compact, maintenance-free motor-gearbox for ventilation, screen, and hoisting systems. It can be fitted with cable drums (single or double) or strap/belt drums (single or double).

• Self-braking worm-gear transmission holds the output shaft when stopped
• IP55 housing with sealed linear limit-switch system (patented RSU/RLS-RW; duty and safety switches — 4 switches total)
• Maximum limit-switch range equates to 55 revolutions of the drive shaft
• Ambient operating temperature 0–60 °C
• Graphite-grey powder coating; mounting hardware supplied for install
• Available in 120 V / 240 V single-phase and 208–480 V three-phase configurations, with multiple RPM options

Example lift capacities (60 Hz; values vary by torque/RPM code): single belt ~396–815 lb; double belt ~(2×)187–352 lb; double cable ~(2×)143–330 lb. Typical RW45 kits are rated at 1,250 lbs for cable or up to two straps.

• Tunnel doors — 4′ or 5′ tall: Up to 120″ opening, single side; 1,250 lbs; cable or up to 1 strap
• Tunnel doors — 6′ tall: Up to 100″ opening, single side; 1,250 lbs; cable or up to 1 strap
• Curtain — 4′ max height: Tunnel/side-wall curtain up to 200′ long × 4′ high; 1,250 lbs
• Curtain — 7′ max height: Tunnel/side-wall curtain up to 200′ long × 7′ high; 1,250 lbs
• Sprocket / pipe-driven tunnel-vent: Pipe or rack-driven opening up to 120′ (sprocket configurations)
